Vintage 1930s Coral Colored Celluloid Cameo Necklace

Here is a vintage coral colored celluloid cameo necklace, circa 1930's or earlier. This vintage piece is lovely, featuring a molded detailed profile in relief of an elegant woman on the front. The celluloid necklace chain is the same color as the pendant and its generous length allows for the necklace to put on and taken off easily. Necklace chain measures 30" in length, cameo pendant measures 2-1/2" long and 1-1/2" wide. In very good condition. Celluloid was invented by John Wesley Hyatt in 1869 and was widely used during the years 1890 to1920. It was a popular jewelry material through the Victorian, Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods. Jewelry from this era is highly collectible today.

Vintage Shell Cameo Necklace

From an estate in rural Pennsylvanis, here is a beautiful ornate shell cameo necklace. Circa early 1940s. Features a large oval carved shell cameo, prongl set, within a leaf motif border. Necklace measures almost 17", center design measures 1-1/2". Necklace and cameo setting are unmarked, spring clasp closure. Paper chain necklace style. Although in very good condition, I noted the lower center prong is missing (cameo is secure in it's setting) and light glue reisdue on back (not noticable while worn). Many pieces of this era were goldfilled, however this piece is not marked to gold content or manufacturer. Very feminine shell cameo necklace; you will enjoy adding this to your vintage jewelry collection.

Vintage Shell Cameo Filigree Bracelet

Lovely vintage cameo bracelet featuring an oval shell cameo set within an ornate brass filigree design. Closure is located under cameo (see picture). In good condition, no marks to indicate manufacturer. Bracelet closes well, and can be opened to place around wrist however care will have to be taken not to open bracelet too wide as there is some weakness on inside of bracelet (see pictures) due to age. A very feminine vintage cameo bracelet.

Here is a lovely pair of signed Coro carved shell cameo earrings. Bezel set cameo, open in back, set in elegant and simple goldtone metal frames. These earrings can be found in Monica Lynn Clement's book Cameos-A Pocket Guide, pg.71, with circa 1940s. Measure 3/4" x 5/8". Earrings are each marked Coro in script indicating it was made prior to 1955. Very good condition. A beautiful pair of vintage Coro cameo earrings.

Vintage Goldette Shell Cameo Slide Necklace

Here is a lovely cameo watch chain with a shell carved cameo slide; the shell cameo features a woman's profile. The chain features delicate twisted loops that enhance the beauty of the slide. The chain measures 30" overall, the cameo slide measures 3/4" x 1/2". Although unmarked, this piece is most likely a 1960s Goldette piece, as I have seen other similar necklaces. Vintage Coro Carved Shell Cameo Necklace

Here is a lovely signed vintage Coro carved shell cameo necklace done in the Victorian Revival design. Coro used this design up into the early 1950s. Circa of this necklace most probably 1940s. Bezel set cameo, closed in, set in goldtone metal frame with beads. A similar brooch can be found in Monica Lynn Clement's book Cameos-A Pocket Guide, pg.81, with circa 1890s. Necklace chain measures 18-1/2", cameo pendant measures 1-3/4" x 1-1/4". Brooch is marked Coro in script indicating it was made prior to 1955. Very good condition, some vintage patina on necklace chain although I have not attempted to clean. A beautiful vintage Coro cameo necklace.

Truly a lovely cameo pendant necklace. I believe this to be a shell cameo as the setting is marked A.C. 1/20 12 G. F. marking on the back of the pendant. I have not been able to identify the jewelry manufacturer as yet. The pendant necklace measures 15-1/2" in length (we have necklace extenders available), with jump ring closure also marked 1/20 12 G. 1950s Shell Cameo Earring in Sterling & Marcasites

Simple, elegant cameo earrings in a picture frame type bezel setting. Seen in Monica Lynn Clement's book Cameos-A Pocket Guide, pg.79. Clip earrings are marked unfortunately the makers mark on both is unreadable. I believe the earrings are set in Sterling, as most jewelry items containing marcasites are. Left and right facing shell cameos are light ivory color on a deep red-orange background and measure 1/2" x 1/2" inches. Overall presentation is 5/8 by 1/2 inch. Condition is excellent and very wearable.

Vintage Art Deco Filligree Cameo Necklace & Bracelet

Very pretty Art Deco filligree set that consists of a drop necklace and matching bracelet. The bracelet has a pretty open link chain , the center is accented with gold filled flowers and leaves. The bracelet measures 6-3/4" long and the center piece measures 5/8" wide. The necklace measures 16", center design is 2-1/4" long with a paper clip necklace chain. The two pieces have no markings that I can find. I think they are most likely rhodium but again they are unmarked. Overall condition is very good. Vintage Amethyst Stone Earrings with White Cameo

Pretty cameo earrings featuring large amethyst colored faceted stones with white cameo centers. Circa 1950s. Very unusual design. Prong-within an ornate goldtone setting. Similar to earrings found in Monica Lynn Clement's book Cameos-A Pocket Guide, pg.104. One clip earring is marked with Patent No. 156432 and 1/20 12KT GF (it appears this is a replaced clip-it works well and its difference is unnoticable when worn). Other clip earring back is not marked. Left and right facing white cameos are plastic. Earrings measure 1" in diameter. Condition is excellent and very wearable.
