Mazer Brothers and JOMAZ Mark
1927-1981

Originally established in 1927 in New York by Joseph and Louis Mazer, this company has a long and interesting history. During the early 1930s another famous designer named Marcel Boucher worked for the company. In 1946, Joseph Mazer and A. Lincoln Mazer founded a separate company Joseph Mazer & Company. Joseph Mazer retired in the mid-1960's, A. Lincoln Mazer headed the firm until his death in 1976. The company produced new collections annually until 1981.

Look at this classy hinged bracelet marked both Jomaz and Joseph Mazer. The set features enameled black and cream colored stripes accented with pave` rhinestones. Buckle design. Goldtone metal inside bracelet and back of earrings. Bracelet is marked Jomaz(c), clip earrings are marked both Jomaz(c) on the inside of the clip earrings and Joseph Mazer on the outside. Earrings measure 1" x 3/4". Excellent condition. Please view all pictures.

Here is a vintage rhinestone poodle attributed to Jomaz, by the famous designer Joseph Mazer. An exceptionally detailed figural brooch with ruby red rhinestone eye, collar, and coat, accented with crystal pave`rhinestones. Measures 1-1/2" x 1-1/2". In very good condition, perfect for that owner of a poodle! Expect a lot of compliments and envious friends when you wear this wonderful vintage brooch.

This wonderful pair of earrings feature large faceted sapphire blue stones accented with a border of pave`rhinestones. Signed Jomaz. The clip earrings measure 7/8" x 1/2". Very good condition. Jomaz jewelry is known for its wonderful workmanship and brilliant stones-and here is a fabulous example! A favorite of many-a glittering red rhinestone strawberry brooch. Covered with sparkling ruby red Chaton cut rhinestones, highlighted with green Marquise cut stones for leaves on the brooch, in a goldtone setting. This glitzy brooch measures 1-1/4" x 3/4". Excellent condition. Signed Jomaz on back of the brooch. A lovely brooch, and very complimentary to any outfit!
