Shipping & Insurance Information: New Rates Effective 7/1/02

We now ship primarily Priority Mail, or Global Priority for international shipments

1. Domestic shipping: Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance charges:
Priority Mail = $3.85 up to 1 pound, For orders over 2 pounds, we will follow USPS rates

2. International or Other Postage Fees -please request quote
Additional shipping fees may apply.
All orders will be marked as
merchandise and country postal regulations will apply.

Domestic Insurance charged additionally and at Customer's option at USPS rates:
Up to $50.00 - $1.30
$50.01 to $100.00 - $2.20
$100.01 to $5000.00 - $2.20 plus $1.00 per each $100.00

SELLER NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO UNINSURED SHIPMENTS

3. Payment requested within 10 days unless other arrangements have been made (if needed, please don't hesitate to ask).

4. You pay only for actual costs, never a handling fee, and we will combine orders to provide reasonable shipping on multiple purchases.

When will I receive my item ??
We pride ourselves with our fast shipping!
Mastercard, Visa, Money Order, & PayPal items are usually mailed within 48 hours of payment
Orders paid by Checks are mailed usually within 7 days or less depending on clearance time

Lay-away is available!
Available on orders over $25.00
Procedure:
1/3 of total price due within 10 days of layaway request
1/3 due in 30 days and balance in 60 days
Default of layaway is in effect if the downpayment is not received in 10 days
OR
final payments are not made within the total layaway period

Return Policy:
If you receive an item you are not satisfied with please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
You may return it for a refund of the purchase price
if item is returned postmarked within 3 days and in the same manner in which it is sent -
same condition, same postal/insurance method and
same wrapping and packaging
Please notify us as soon as possible so we can help you with arrangements
